Scientific-Industrial Consortium "Gasification of Coal" was incorporated in May 2010. in response to the announced by the National Research and Development Center competition for the realization of tasks of the Research # 3 Fri: "Development of coal gasification technology for high production of fuels and electricity. This project is one of four research tasks funded by the National Center for Research and Development under the Strategic Programme for Research and Development entitled: "Advanced energy generation technologies."


What is the main objective of the Consortium?


Determination of the priority directions of development of coal technologies, which should allow the development of rational policy and strategic decisions regarding the development of clean coal energy technology, diversifying the resource base for the chemical industry and increase national energy security through the use of products produced in coal gasification processes.
